Encouragement Coaching
Encouragement Coaching focuses on how everyone can be an Encouragement Coach. Based on 8 Principles, Encouragement Coaching teaches that the “WHO” is more important than the “WHAT.”
-
We aren’t focused on what people are doing right or wrong, but why they do what they do. We encourage and hold others accountable to who they are as a son, daughter, coach, father, friend, leader, etc.
-
We seek the good in others. In our day to day family life or activities of a team, we are always finding ways to catch people doing something right. We encourage others when they show follow through, when they show leadership and when they are part of the team.
-
In any organization or environment we need to understand that following IS leading. When we are winning with others, we are leading. It's a win when you are a follower, and it's a win when you are a leader. It's all about helping those around us to win whether we are leading or following.
-
We work hard to be the best version of ourselves. We do our very best to inspire others through our example of hard work and expecting the best of ourselves and those around us.
-
In servant leadership, we need to care about every little thing. The little stuff that others might not see as important, those are the things that we focus on being intentional about. Things like being on time, making sure we clean up after ourselves, turning off lights, etc. The little stuff matters!
-
We train coaches to realize that every day we should be having so much fun that we are laughing. Our emotions are moved to tears because we believe so much in our team. We should walk out of the gym or go to sleep every day knowing that we did our very best to encourage people.
-
Leaving a legacy means that what we have done and how we have lived will impact people's lives beyond our time on this earth.
-
No matter what your belief system is, no matter what someone does (good or bad) they will always know that they are loved no matter what.
